Audiobooks Annual Awards

Audio books that are Excel type of Audio Publishers Association (APA) each year in a ceremony as a "recognized audies. Audies Audio is the equivalent of the Oscars for the films pounds, and this year takes place in Los Angeles at the end of May.

The APA recognizes the best audio books from over 30 categories and 2008, have introduced a new category, namely, the power summarizes Award. There's also an audio book of the year awards.

TheAudio books, which was selected for appointment will be announced in early February 2008

A selection of the Audie winners last year, 2007 is as follows:

Category: Mystery

For outstanding achievements in history, directing, engineering, mixing and, where appropriate, a statement of full or short audio book secret, usually to try a hero, a crime that usually solve a murder committed at the beginning of history.

The 2007 winner was Echo Park,Publisher: Hachette Audio Author: Michael Connelly and narrator Len Cariou.
