The long and storied career of Michael Jackson was one that no one else to date has matched. The king of pop has sold more albums than anyone else, and with good reason. His music appealed to the masses and his songs were full of life and passion. Jackson's career spanned from the 1960s, all the way through the current decade, making him one of very few artists to have such a lasting presence during five decades.
