How I Finally Got Six Pack Abs

Don't we all want six pack abs? At first glance I look like a pretty in-shape person. I'm 5'9" and weigh around 180lbs. I have more of a muscular build and look like a healthy person. The only problem area I have is my abdominal area. I work out about twice a week. I used to go to the gym on a regular basis, but recently stopped because of the gas prices and other issues with my license I don't care to discuss. I exercise from time to time in my home just to stay in shape, but no matter how many crunches or sit ups that I do, my abs will not show.

I tried various different methods of exercising, diets,etc. None of them worked! I was surfing the online a few weeks ago and found this ebook called The Truth About Six Pack Abs. I liked how the facts were presented to me. It sounded totally different from any type of tips or programs I've encountered in the past. I basically started following the guide step by step and I couldn't be more pleased with the results that I'm getting already.
